Description

 Product Description

DAVO D5D is a high weather resistance powder coating series specifically designed for architectural aluminum components. Compliant with international standards including AS3715 (Australian Standard), BS6496 (British Standard), Qualicoat (Class 1), and AAMA2603-02 (North American Standard), it offers excellent outdoor weatherability and long-term color stability, making it widely suitable for applications requiring superior weather resistance.
Available in a rich color palette, the series provides high gloss/flat gloss/matte gloss options (≥25° gloss units). Customizations are available upon customer request, including sand texture (≥12° gloss units) and metallic finishes to fulfill diverse design needs.

Storage Conditions

Store in an environment with temperature below 30℃ and relative humidity below 60%. The shelf life is 6 months. Beyond this period, the product must pass re-inspection before use.

Powder Curing Requirements

  • 180℃ for 15 minutes (workpiece temperature)
  • 200℃ for 10 minutes (workpiece temperature)
  • For matte products, extend the curing time by 5 minutes. Please refer to the product's test report for details.
Note: This product may cause interference to other flat-surface products during application.

Operation Process & Parameters

Aluminum material: Undergo multi-step chromating treatment, followed by final deionized water rinsing and drying.
Please notify us in advance for adjustments to meet your specific production needs.
Additional Note: Customers shall conduct regular quality inspections of the operation process and parameters in accordance with their suppliers' requirements.
