Davo D7A is a high weather resistance powder coating series specifically designed for architectural aluminum components. Compliant with AAMA2604-02 standards, it boasts excellent outdoor weatherability and color stability, making it widely applicable in scenarios requiring superior weather resistance. Available in a rich spectrum of colors, the series offers high gloss/flat gloss/matte gloss (≥30° gloss units) options. It can also be customized to sand texture (≥12° gloss units) and metallic finishes based on customer requirements. A 10-year warranty for the powder is provided upon request.
Storage Conditions
Store in an environment with temperature below 30℃ and relative humidity below 60%. The shelf life is 6 months. Beyond this period, the product must pass re-inspection before use.
Powder Curing Requirements
180℃ for 15 minutes (workpiece temperature)
200℃ for 10 minutes (workpiece temperature)
For matte products, extend the curing time by 5 minutes. Please refer to the product's test report for details.
Note: This product may cause interference with other flat-surface products during application.
Operation Process & Parameters
Aluminum material: Undergo multi-step chromating treatment, followed by final deionized water rinsing and drying. Please notify us in advance for parameter adjustment to match your specific production conditions.
