Product Description
The Davo D7B series is an FEVE fluorocarbon powder coating formulated with fluorocarbon resin (FEVE) – which possesses excellent weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance – as the base material. It adopts premium weather-resistant inorganic ceramic pigments from U.S.-based Shepherd Company, supplemented with specific additives, and is manufactured through specialized processes. This series not only inherits the superior properties of traditional FEVE fluorocarbon coatings, such as exceptional weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, but also emits no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during application, fully complying with the current stringent environmental requirements.
Application Fields
Applicable to various outdoor metal products: such as permanent surface structures including super high-rise buildings and cross-sea bridges. A 20-year quality warranty can be provided upon customer request.
Storage Conditions
Store in an environment with temperature below 30℃ and relative humidity below 60%. The shelf life is 6 months. Beyond this period, the product must pass re-inspection before use.
Powder Curing Requirements

220℃ for 10 minutes (workpiece temperature);

For matte products, the curing time needs to be extended by 5 minutes. Please refer to the product's test report for details.
Remarks
This product may cause interference to other flat-surface products during application.
Operation Process and Parameters
Aluminum material: Undergo multi-step chromating treatment, followed by final deionized water rinsing and drying. Please notify us in advance to make adjustments to suit your specific conditions.
